Acceptable Use Policy

Operational Safety Notice: This acceptable use policy defines community trust, anti-abuse, and cybersecurity standards for all multi-tenant accounts.

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited activities on the RentMix platform to ensure a secure, fair, and reliable environment for landlords, property managers, tenants, and service vendors.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities on RentMix:

Posting fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory rental property listings.
Uploading malicious scripts, malware, or attempting unauthorized platform penetration.
Scraping user profiles, tenant contact details, or financial records without consent.
Impersonating another landlord, tenant, or property management organization.
Circumventing platform rate limits, security rules, or multi-tenant boundaries.

3. Enforcement & Account Suspension

RentMix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, remove non-compliant listings, and report illegal behavior to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Reporting Violations

To report abuse, spam, or platform violations, please notify our trust and safety team at support@rentmix.us.
