1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RentMix platform ("Service") provided by RentMix Operating System ("RentMix", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization or corporate landlord, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. User Roles & Account Security
RentMix provides multi-tenant role-based access for Landlords, Property Managers, Tenants, Vendors, and Administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription fees for Landlords and Organizations are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis in accordance with selected SaaS plans. Complimentary launch trials or custom promotional entitlements are honored according to designated active plan dates.
4. Marketplace Listings & Tenancy Records
Landlords and authorized Property Managers warrant that all property details, rental pricing, and listings published to the public marketplace are accurate, lawful, and compliant with local tenancy regulations.
5. Data Ownership & Privacy
Users retain full ownership of property data, lease documents, and financial records uploaded to RentMix. We process data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
